Raising daughters is hard, sometimes you just need extra help, a sounding board, a sanity check, a plan. Coaching equips you with a clear personalized game plan so you can connect with her heart, lead with confidence, and enjoy the journey—without uncertainty, fear, and worry about regrets.
I'm talking directly to you dad ... a manly, loving father doesn't let his 'macho' or pride get in the way. He ditches the lie that 'things will get better on its own'. He doesn't let what other people might think or say, sway what he knows is best. He knows he doesn't have to go it alone.
Being a dad to daughters is both rewarding and overwhelming. One day she’s little and holding your hand… the next she’s grown and making her own decisions. In between, you face big challenges and questions: How do I connect with her? What do I say when she’s hurting? How do I guide her without pushing her away? How do I fix what I've broken?
Most dads just try and “figure it out” as they go, but the cost is missed opportunities, broken trust, and guaranteed regrets later in life. The truth? You don’t need to wing it anymore—you need a plan.
A clear game plan for every stage, every age.
Girl Dad Plan Coaching blends short, focused teaching with live, personal coaching and simple at-home challenges. Think of it as “edutainment” meets accountability. You’ll walk away from each session with practical steps you can use right away.

With my wife of 32+ yrs, I’ve raised and launched 3 daughters through all the emotions, all the pink, all the attitudes, the drama, the ‘girl stuff’, the middle and high school years, the little and big choices, Over the years, I learned how to take the mystery out of being a girl dad.
Now I’m benefiting from the relationships I built with my daughters, developing connections with my son-in-laws, and enjoying the grand kiddos in ways that I never could have imagined.
My mission? Help you stay connected with your daughter through grade school, the teenage years, and into adulthood. One conversation, one action at a time, learn to be a dad that is crushing it with your daughter.
If your daughter is between the ages of 5 and 25 the 5 Plays Playbook and the coaching will strip away the mystery and uncertainty, your confidence will grow, and your father daughter relationship will be equipped to win together.
